If your destination(s) is/are located in one of the following regions: "B" Foxe Basin, "C" Iqaluit, "D" South Baffin et "E" Kivalliq, exit Ste-Catherine, please fill out the "Booking note" that you may download under sub-section entitled «GN Agreement» and select the form GN1.
If your destination(s) is/are located in the region "E" Kivalliq, out of Churchill, please fill out the "Booking note" that you may download under sub-section entitled «GN Agreement» and select the form GN2 corresponding to Kivalliq, exit Churchill.
Please note that the municipality of Sanikiluaq is not serviced from Churchill under GN Agreement.
If your destination(s) is/are located in Area «A» High Arctic, please fill out the form entitled «Anticipated Cargo» that you may download under sub-section NSSI Private.GN Agreement
This form is reserved for GN Agreement users, for destinations located in region «B» (Foxe Basin), «C» (Iqaluit), «D» South Baffin and «E» (Kivalliq) exit Ste-Catherine.
- You may use as many copies as you need, even if it pertains to the same destination. This method will avoid us any misunderstanding, and will clearly provide us with the required information.
- For different destinations and/or different consignees, please use separate booking note(s).
- Kindly send your booking note(s) duly completed and signed at the fax number indicated at the top of the form.

NSSI Private
This form is specifically reserved to users located in region A «High Arctic».
- Please indicate as much information as possible on the form.
- This form will be followed by a private agreement (contract).
- Please send your Anticipated Cargo Form duly completed and signed to the fax number appearing at the top of the form.
